Internal and External Evaluation

Our team assists organizations to create evaluation plans for both internal use and with funded partners. Evaluation planning includes identifying key evaluation questions, mapping out theories of change, outlining key indicators, developing outcomes, and choosing appropriate evaluation frameworks and tools.

Research Tool Development

Our research team can assess with selecting or designing appropriate culturally relevant research and evaluation tools for both internal and external projects. Our team can help with creating surveys and other research-based tools.

Assist the project manager with drafting annual reports, research briefs, and evaluation reports. Collaborate with other staff members to translate research and evaluation findings into digestible and understandable communications for dissemination to diverse audiences. Assist team members with drafting manuscripts for publications.
